Happiness, sadness, anger, discouragement, frustration, encouragement, relief, depression, excitement, hope, melancholy, hatred, irritation, grief are all complex emotions people experience.  These emotions are natural and affect us at various times in our lives.  However, it is important, and even critical within relationships, to know how to express them in healthy ways.  Emotions remind us that we are human, and when utilized wisely, can strengthen us and our relationships.
