Founders, Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring

We’re passionate about helping people develop authentic relationships that bring lasting transformation. At Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring, we believe one-on-one mentoring is one of the most powerful ways to change lives—because real growth happens through real connection.

Our story began long before Fahrenheit was founded. When we went on our first date in 1989, we had no idea that what came so naturally to us—building genuine relationships—would become the heartbeat of our life’s work. Over the years, our home became a gathering place for conversations about life, faith, and purpose. What we experienced personally—that transformation happens when people dare to walk closely with one another—became the foundation for what would later become Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring in 2014.

Since then, we’ve equipped leaders, churches, and organizations around the world to create mentoring cultures built on trust, accountability, and grace. Through workshops, coaching, and real-life mentoring relationships, we’ve watched people find healing, clarity, and confidence in who God created them to be.

Our vision is simple but bold: to see generations transformed through Christ-centered mentoring. Whether we’re sitting across the table from one person or standing before a room of leaders, our mission remains the same—to help people connect authentically, grow deeply, and live fully alive.

Leadership Development Facilitator, Coach & Mentor

As a Leadership Development Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor with Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring, I’m passionate about helping leaders and organizations build authentic mentoring relationships that bring lasting transformation. I believe real growth happens when we slow down, connect deeply, and create spaces where people can be honest, known, and encouraged to grow.

Beyond my work with Fahrenheit, I walk alongside men wrestling with identity, same-sex attraction, and unwanted addictions—helping them uncover the deeper roots beneath their struggles and discover who they truly are in Christ. My passion for this work comes from personal experience. I know what it’s like to live with hidden pain, confusion, and shame—and to find freedom through honest conversation, truth, and grace.

That journey formed my conviction: healing happens in relationship. When we bring our real selves into the light and allow God to rewrite our story, transformation becomes possible—not just for us, but for everyone we influence.

Through one-on-one mentorship, workshops, and leadership development, I help men and faith-based leaders:

  • Identify the root causes of emotional and spiritual brokenness

  • Build authentic accountability and spiritual maturity

  • Walk in freedom and confidence in their God-given identity

Whether I’m mentoring an individual or equipping a team to foster a culture of growth and integrity, my mission remains the same: to help people become who they were created to be—whole, free, and fully alive.
