Kimberly Cary
Project Manager
Kimberly Cary serves as Project Manager for Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring, where she supports project coordination, communications, website content review, fundraising efforts, and grant writing. She brings more than 30 years of leadership and administrative experience from Ozarks Technical Community College, where she retired as College Director of Financial Aid after overseeing financial aid operations across seven locations serving more than 10,000 students annually.
Throughout her career, Kimberly managed complex regulatory compliance processes, collaborated with auditors, led teams, supported student success initiatives, and maintained strong financial and reporting standards. Her background includes extensive experience in federal and state program compliance, grant writing, policy implementation, customer service, and organizational leadership.
Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Administrative Studies with an emphasis in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in General Business from Missouri State University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Ozarks Technical Community College. Her Gallup Signature Strengths—Strategic, Achiever, Responsibility, Relator, and Belief—reflect her commitment to purposeful work, strong relationships, and mission-driven service.
