Give Your People the Tools to Build Meaningful Relationships.

Most people want meaningful relationships.

But wanting meaningful relationships and knowing how to build them are two different things.

Fahrenheit workshops give people practical tools for becoming more intentional in the way they listen, connect, encourage, and invest in others.

Our training is interactive, relational, and designed to move beyond information into practical application.

Creating Meaningful Relationships: A Mentoring Experience

Our signature mentoring workshop helps participants discover how meaningful relationships can change lives. Through an interactive experience, participants are introduced to The Six Areas of Mentoring, one of Fahrenheit’s key tools for helping mentors see and engage the whole person.

Participants explore:

  • Spiritual — What gives your life meaning and direction?
  • Mental — How are you thinking, learning, and growing?
  • Emotional — How are you processing and expressing what you're experiencing?
  • Physical — How are you caring for your body and overall well-being?
  • Relational — What relationships are shaping your life?
  • Professional/Educational — How are you growing and contributing through your work or education?

The Six Areas give mentors a shared language and practical starting point for deeper conversations. Participants leave with a greater understanding of what it means to intentionally invest in another person and practical tools they can begin using right away.

Creating meaningful relationships doesn't happen by accident. It happens when we choose to be intentional.

More Than a Workshop

“What a cool workshop! I’m most excited about the content.  I loved hearing your personal stories. It made the content come to life. You two balance out each other well. Same content, but with different and unique experiences....and approaches to delivering the information.”
